Approve a renter
While we recommend the best applicants, all decisions are finalized by YOU. We gather all of the quality tenants available through the processes described above, which enables our owners to make the most informed decision possible.
Sign a Lease
We create favorable lease terms for our owners, which they ultimately approve. We make sure the leasing process is inclusive by including move-in checklists and detailed photos of the property.
